Seat/User is a person who is currently online in the Space, not a unique visitor. For example, if first there are 10 users in the Space and then 1 person leaves, you get an empty slot for a new user.
What are my payment options?
If you purchase from the website, payment shall be made by credit card. Annual plans are available for payment by wire transfer. If you make your purchase through the sales department (by signing a quote), payment can be made either by credit card or wire transfer (only transactions above $1,000 and annual plans). Prices in Euro are applicable for EU-based customers and local VAT is charged unless a valid VAT number is provided.
Do you have special offers for Education and NPOs?
Yes, if you are from a non-profit community, NPO, solo educator, or public educational institution, you can apply for 15% discount for annual contracts by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is Day Pass?
Day Pass is a one-day Plan with 24-hour access to the Space which grants a certain number of Seats and up to 200 Rooms. The starting date and time are set via the checkout. Best for one-time events for up to several days duration. Available for purchase in your dashboard.
What time does it take to upgrade my Space when payment is made?
If you purchase from the website, the Space will be activated immediately. In case you have a custom quote, the Space will be upgraded within 1 working day.
How can I add extra Seats?
Please use self-service to add extra Seats with card payment, or be welcome to contact Sales at email@example.com if it's a custom plan.
