If you purchase from the website, payment shall be made by credit card. Annual plans are available for payment by wire transfer. If you make your purchase through the sales department (by signing a quote), payment can be made either by credit card or wire transfer (only transactions above $1,000 and annual plans). Prices in Euro are applicable for EU-based customers via contacting our sales and local VAT is charged unless a valid business VAT number is provided.

When you buy a Day Pass, you can build up to 200 Rooms in your Space and design them in advance. The preparation period starts 72 hours before the event. During this time the Space capacity increases to 10 users, so you can invite colleagues to help you. If you need a longer preparation period or rehearsals with more participants, contact sales: sales@spatial.chat.

When creating a SpatialChat account you can invite colleagues to join your Team. Afterwards your Team Members can be provided with Admin or Moderator rights and help you to host events and meetings. Space is your virtual estate, in which you can build many Rooms of different types and designs. Several Spaces can be operated with one Team.

Day Pass is a one-day Plan with 24-hour access to the Space which grants a certain number of Seats and up to 200 Rooms. The starting date and time are set via the checkout. Best for one-time events for up to several days duration. Available for purchase in your dashboard.

If you purchase from the website, the Space will be activated immediately. In case you have a custom quote, the Space will be upgraded within 1 working day.

Yes, all video calls in our product are AES-256 encrypted.
